How are tickets delivered?

Your tickets are delivered instantly after payment via SMS and/or Email, depending on the payment method. You'll receive a unique ticket code and QR code that can be used for entry. Keep your ticket safe — it's your proof of purchase and entry into the event.

What's the refund policy for tickets?

Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled by the organiser, all ticket holders are automatically refunded the full ticket price within 3–5 business days.

Event Postponement: If an event is postponed, you can either receive a refund or have your ticket automatically transferred to the new event date.

Customer Cancellations: Refunds for customer-initiated cancellations depend on the organiser's policy. Check the event details for specific refund terms.

System Issues: If there are platform errors during ticket purchase, refunds are processed quickly upon verification.

What if I don't receive my ticket?

Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still don't see your ticket after 5 minutes of purchase, contact support with your order reference, and we'll resend it immediately.

Can I share or resell my ticket?

Tickets are non-transferable and tied to the ticket holder's details. Sharing or reselling tickets violates our terms and may result in entry denial. Purchase only the tickets you personally need.
